The popularity of such places is constantly growing in larger cities in Poland and around the world, and they are well perceived by freelancers, medium-sized companies and corporations. I think this is due to all the benefits I mentioned earlier. Traditional renting is becoming less profitable compared to flexible coworking rentals. Bookings at our locations in Krakow and Łódź are growing every month, so I believe that this market will grow in the coming years.
